Hey Quaranturnt Crew, I said yesterday we have a spicy surprise coming. That surprise is here. Taylor Sanders is one of my best fittest friends and she is here to take over the Quaranturnt workout for the day! Don’t be fooled by Taylor’s constant smile - this girl means business. Tay’s addiction to fitness and energy is contagious. A Portland native and San Francisco transplant, she has taken the Bay Area’s fitness industry by storm since she took the leap from the corporate world to pursue her passion in wellness.
Dancing and grooving since she could walk, she took her first stint at instructing when she started coaching her alma mater’s dance team for three years—even joining them on the field to perform alongside Beyoncé at the 2016 Super Bowl (All hail Queen Bey!) After getting down with Queen B, Taylor became a NASM-certified personal trainer, a Lagree Pilates instructor, and a BODYROK coach before falling in love once again, this time with boxing. Utilizing her precision, rhythm and strength, she now teaches at Rumble Boxing, motivating everyone to channel their inner badass. When we all get back to the real world, go join her Rumble class!
