Hey there Quaranturnt Crew,
First off, if you live in SF, sorry for programming running on a rainy day! I hope you found a good replacement or had a good recovery day! The last couple days I talked about Trusting the Process and then about building Confidence in your ability to change your body’s looks and capabilities. Today I just want to cap this topic off by pointing out the number one most important thing here: Sustainability. You will reach whatever goals you have if you Trust the Process and apply discipline to get there. But you are a human, and humans don’t operate on hard-coded rules. Discipline is about knowing who you are and how you operate. You need to make sure you are setting yourself up for success by creating a sustainable workout and nutrition plan. If you want to get stronger/leaner, then sure the best plan would involve daily 9 hours of sleep, 2 hours of workouts, and eating nothing but tilapia, broccolini, almonds, and brown rice. But I couldn’t sustain that plan if you held a gun to my head. Part of successful discipline is the upfront planning to set yourself up for that success. The best workout plan is one that you will actually keep up with for months. So make a plan that will work for you, trust in THAT process, and the growth you dream of will be earned soon enough. Here is the IG post for today’s workout. A bit more locational variety for ya!
