Quaranturnt Day 12 - Fresh Squats!

So I missed my chance at April Fools day for you all yesterday. Damn… 

Today I’ll take a break from my crash course on glutes - Several of you have asked for a “recommended equipment” set. Here are my essentials, recommended, and ideal options. Note, none of the brands are particular, choose the one I link or anything like it. 

Essentials
  • <$15 Exercises bands - I have this one
  • <$20 Pullup bar - Cheapest if you just go to a hardware store, o/w it’ll be like $40-50
    • [Option 1] if your door threshold doesn’t support pullup bars. Sockets + wooden bar which you’ll saw down to size. Ask me if you need help here. 
    • [Option 2] I swear these are usually ~25
  • A small backpack and a bunch of water bottles or other weighty things to put in there

Recommended
  • Jump Rope - I have this one
  • Any weight - Med ball, Dumbbells, Kettlebells

Ideal
  • Honestly the “ideal” depends on what you like and what your goals are. If you are looking to invest more, then let me know and we can talk about what you have, what you want, and how to get you set up.
