Hey there aspiring strong people,
I don't know if you've noticed, but we have a situation on our hands. They're still making those damn Avengers movies, yes, but that's not the situation I'm referring to. I'm talking about our daily mecca to our own situation room, our fortress of metabolic solitude, the one true iron throne: the gym. We don't have the luxury of equipment or in-person coaches. We've agreed it's best to resign to our apartments, but remember that no one is strapping us down to the couch. You each have a decision to make. Do you want to write this time off as a loss to your routine? Do you want to cross your fingers and hold your breath until fresh air comes to you? Or do you want to take a strong grasp on your own reality? Do you want to learn something new about what you can become? Do you want to step up, seize that freaking lemon and squeeze it into some Dom Pérignon? If so, then keep reading. We've got a new life ahead, and it's not one about mitigating damage. This transition to a new life is about adapting to our reality and creating something even better than before. So I'm here as your athletic shaman to lead you through the darkness of this scary forest, brush away the brush, and show you the stone cold path to your own inner light. Your own inner strength. I'm here to give you workouts. I've read books, I follow endless coaches and athletes on social media, and I care about doing this work myself. This month right here might be the reason why I put all this time in. I've dedicated endless time to working out, and maybe my raison d'etre is coming together now so I can provide you a workout and a community. So I'll be doing the work to come up with daily workouts, and I want to provide that to you. On top of that, I want to provide community to you as people who are here, together, making this unexpected time not just tolerable, but actually a godsent blessing where we learn more about ourselves and each other. My only questions are: Are you interested? Are you ready to get quaranturnt? I intend to source workouts every day, send them out early, and be ready for any questions you may have. The structure of the workouts will be a resistance training portion (time to get creative without them bars n' plates) followed by a heart racing circuit of some kind. I'll provide links to my favorite resources as needed. I'll be here for any questions you have related to getting creative with creating equipment, dealing with existing injuries, focusing on certain weaknesses, etc. If you want this daily workout, as well as likely some comically inspiring ramblings, then reply back and tell me
